Born in Singapore and raised internationally, Sheen has lived and worked across the UK, Spain, Singapore and Canada — collecting accents, experiences and stories along the way.

Before stepping in front of the camera and mic, she spent 16 years working in Visual Effects. Starting out as a young Padawan at Industrial Light & Magic, her VFX career later took her into the role of VFX Supervisor on films including Captain America: Brave New World, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, Renfield and Slumberland. Following intensive acting and voice training in Singapore, New York and London, she made the leap into acting and voice work in 2026, most recently completing a Diploma in Acting with Actors Studio.

A creative with an international outlook and a playful spirit. Sheen brings a blend of technical film experience, curiosity and character-driven instinct to her work.

Away from acting, she can usually be found running around London in gym gear. Her other passions include hanging upside down doing Aerial, Yoga, Cooking and Coffee.

She also occasionally teaches Aerial Yoga, Aerial Hammock and Trapeze.
